We use Report Host inspection software. It is very thorough with an easy to read format including digital photographs. It is presented to you in a nice hardcover binder for you to keep and refer back to if needed.
After we complete the Inspection on the property, we go back to the office and transfer your report onto the Report Host website and then with a pass code you are able to view and print your report as many times as you would like.
Our Home Inspection service is a Visual inspection of the structural elements, components and systems which are accessiable on the day of the inspection.
We always encourage you, the client, to accompany us during the inspection. Please feel free to ask any questions that you may have during the inspection process. Also this will help familiarize you with your prospective home.
